My story isn’t complicated — I just love being outside. For years, I’ve walked Ohio’s trails, wandered through fields, and sat quietly by streams, soaking in the beauty around me. The outdoors has always been my classroom, and God has been my greatest teacher. In this world and beyond.
I’ve spent much of my life in education, helping others learn and grow. But some of the most important lessons I’ve learned didn’t come from books — they came from watching the seasons change, hearing the wind in the trees, and seeing how every part of nature works together perfectly. I believe that’s no accident. I believe it’s the work of a loving Creator.
Animals of Ohio is my way of sharing that joy. It’s about slowing down, noticing the little things, and remembering that the world around us is a gift. Whether it’s spotting a deer in the distance, finding a hidden trail, or just enjoying the quiet, there’s something here for everyone who wants to connect with nature and the One who made it.
